● Payment History

● Lock your card
- In case of loss, you can pause your card on the app to prevent anyone else from using your balance.
- If you find your card back, you can unpause it to start using it again.
- If you cannot find your card, you can visit the WOW Exchange machine to reissue a new card that contains your old card’s balance.

- You need to verify your card ownership via the mobile app to withdraw the card balance in cash or reissue a card.
