Search our database of more than 9,500 conditions, 12,400 genes, and 180,000 genetic markers. Our tool facilitates access to research on a comprehensive list of conditions from scientific sources, including breast cancer, Alzheimer’s, and Parkinson’s. It also indexes literature for tumor suppressor genes such as BRCA, PTEN, and P53.

*** Supported DNA Providers

We are constantly adding support for new providers. Currently, you can use files from 23andMe, Ancestry.com, Family Tree DNA (FTDNA), MyHeritage, Genes for Good, LivingDNA, Genographics (Geno 2.0), Tellmegen and other DTC genetic testing companies. Genomapp also supports VCF format files and specific schemes. (Note: VCF files from WES/WGS are currently not compatible).
