WHAT IS TRIDENT MINDSET?
Trident Mindset is a mental toughness and mental health training program created by Navy SEALs and neuroscientists.
In the app, we teach 12 proven tactics that will help you be calm, effective, and content in any situation: micro-goals, focus, breath control, intentionality, choosing the wrench, stoicism, discipline, meditation, mindfulness, flipping the script, self talk and visualization.
Through concise daily lessons and practice exercises, you’ll learn to master all 12 tactics. The order of the lessons is personalized for you based on your goals, challenges, and stressors.
WHY WE STARTED TRIDENT MINDSET:
We all learn how to do so many things in school: write in cursive, calculate the area of a rhombus, analyze Shakespeare. But we never learn some pretty important things - how to manage stress, be happy, control our emotions, take care of our mental health, have discipline, or thrive during adversity.
This is a huge problem because life isn’t full of Shakespeare analysis, but it is completely full of adversity - heavy workloads, tight deadlines, raising children, packed schedules, sick loved ones, setbacks, failures, loss, stress, pain, fatigue, and on and on and on.
Because we never learned how to thrive during all this adversity, most of us don’t. Almost everyone we know is more stressed and less happy than they’d like to be.
We created Trident Mindset to change this.
In our careers as Special Operators and neuroscientists, we learned a set of tactics that helped us be calm, effective, and content no matter what was going on. These tactics proved themselves on the battlefield, in the laboratory, and everywhere in between.
Learning these tactics so profoundly changed our lives that we are now dedicating our lives to teaching them to everyone.

Subscription & Pricing Information:
Trident Mindset is free to download. After downloading the app, you can access the first 12 lessons for free. To access the full Trident Mindset program, we offer both a monthly and annual subscription option ($9.99 per month or $95.99 per year) that begin with a 7-day free trial.
Payment will be charged to your credit card through your Google account after the trial period and when the subscription renews each month. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing. Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal can be turned off in Account Settings in Google after purchase.
