My mission is to deliver a gym workout log app and workout planner that will help you make progress, build strength, and ensure hypertrophy, all that for free.
I will never change the free feature to a paid one, spam the paywall, limit routines or workout logs, etc. (all the bad stuff other gym workout planners do).

The app integrates with Health Connect to securely access or writw your workout and health data such as exercise, distance, calories and weight to display accurate training summaries and progress tracking without you having to input the data manually. This feature is disabled by default and only becomes active when you choose to connect to Health Connect.
