LIKED AND EXCLUDED POSES
“Like” poses to increase the probability they will appear in your practice. “Dislike” poses and they will never appear in your practice.

TRANSITION SPEED
Design a pace that works for you by controlling the amount of time you’ll move between one exercise and another.

HOLD LENGTHS AND REPS
